PILONID CAPSULE

Piles or a hemorrhoid is one of the most common ailments today. It is a varicose and often inflamed condition of the veins, inside or just outside the rectum. In external piles, there is a lot of pain but not much bleeding. In the case of internal piles, there is itching, pain and discharge of dark blood.
Piles Symptoms
Pain at passing stools, slight bleeding in the case of internal trouble, and feeling of soreness and irritation after passing a stool are the usual symptoms of piles. The patient cannot sit comfortably due to itching, discomfort, and pain in the rectal region.
Pilonid is a safe proprietary Ayurvedic medicine that gives prompt relief to patients suffering from piles / hemorrhoids. It aimed at reducing the size of the swelling, treating the symptoms and preventing recurrence of this condition. Treating constipation is believed to be the mainstay of treatment for this condition. The combined action of Pilonid reduces the bulk of the hemorrhoids, stops bleeding and heals the mucous membrane.

INGREDIENTS HIGHLIGHT
Shankhi ext. (Lochnera pusilla) possesses oncolytic (tumor resolving) property. It is also used in Lumbago, paralysis, epilepsy and ulcers. It has astringent and antiseptic properties as well.
Neem ext. (Azadirachta indica) is used to control leprosy, intestinal helminthiasis, respiratory disorders, hemorrhoids, constipation and also as a general health promoter. Its use for the treatment of rheumatism, chronic syphilitic sores and indolent ulcer has also been evident. Neem finds use to control various skin infections, cure blood morbidity, biliary afflictions, itching, skin ulcers, burning sensations and pthysis.
Jamun ext. (Eugenia jambolana) seed is used for constipation, diseases of the pancreas, stomach problems, nervous disorders, depression, diabetes and exhaustion. It is also used for digestion disorders including gas (flatulence), bowel spasms, stomach problems, and reduce swelling.
Kiker ext. (Acacia catechu) is used for diarrhea, swelling of the nose and throat, dysentery, swelling of the colon (colitis), bleeding piles, indigestion, osteoarthritis, and cancer.
Harde chhoti ext. (Terminalia belerica) relieves the pain and swelling in the hemorrhoids and helps in easy passage of stools. It has significant ant- inflammatory activity on acute, sub acute and chronic type of inflammations. It is used as stomachic, laxative, antipyretic and antiseptic.
Nagkeshar ext. (Mesua ferrea) is useful in asthma, cough, hiccough, leprosy, scabies, skin diseases, pruritus ani, pharyngodynia, vomiting, dysentery, hemorrhoids and ulcers, burning sensation of feet, impotency, leucorrhoea, hemoptysis, strangury, fever and cardiac debility. It is used in anorexia, distaste, emesis, worms, bleeding piles, dysentery. It acts as a haemostatic in bleeding piles.
Rhubarb ext. (Rheum emodi) has a purgative action for use in the treatment of constipation, but also has an astringent effect following this. It therefore has a truly cleansing action upon the gut, removing debris and then astringing with antiseptic properties as well.
Barberry ext. (Berberis aristata) relieves the pain and swelling in the hemorrhoids and helps in easy passage of stools. It has significant ant- inflammatory activity on acute, sub acute and chronic type of inflammations. It is used as stomachic, laxative, antipyretic and antiseptic.
Aristak ext. (Sapindus mukorossi) has astringent and refrigerant action to stop bleeding, pain, itching and shrinkage. It is useful for treating a number of diseases like piles, pimples, epilepsy, constipation, nausea, etc.
Horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) is used for its venotonic effect, vascular protection, anti-inflammatory and free radical scavenging properties.
Amla ext. (Emblica officinalis) gives immediate relief from pain, bleeding and itching. Research has been done with amla evaluating its role as an antioxidant, in ulcer prevention, for people with diabetes, for mental and memory effects, and its anti-inflammatory action.
Trinkant pishtee is the remedy for the ailments producing hemorrhoids and to the troubles resulting from piles which have stopped bleeding, and as result fullness in the head and uneasiness in the liver; constipation is present; a desire for stool and itching of the anus.
Trikatu ext. supports the body’s natural cleansing process, gastric function and digestion, the bioavailability of other nutrients by supporting normal absorption through the gastrointestinal tract.
Hiradokhi ext. (Daemonorops draco) effective remedy for bleeding piles. It is astringent in action. It is very useful in cases of irritation of the mucous membranes of the Pulmonary and Genito Urinary Organs. It also checks bleeding with dysentery and diarrhea.
